Refund Policy

At SiraFlow, we are committed to delivering high-quality, fully managed chatbot and automation services tailored to your business. Because our offering includes time-intensive setup and custom development, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

Setup Fee (£999)

The setup fee covers the configuration, development, and deployment of your custom chatbot, Make.com automations, and branded integration.

  • This fee is non-refundable once development work has commenced.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and no work has started, a full refund may be requested.

 

Monthly Retainer (£299/month)

The monthly retainer covers ongoing support, updates, monitoring, and scenario maintenance.

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
  • If you cancel mid-month, the remaining service for that month will continue, and no partial refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds are given for unused days within a billing cycle.

Service Satisfaction

If you believe the delivered service did not match what was agreed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution. We’re committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly.

To request a refund (where applicable), contact our support team at support@siraflow.com with your full name, payment reference, and a summary of your request.
